Aleplasinin
Aleplasinin (PAZ 417) is an orally bioavailable, selective inhibitor of plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 (PAI-1), a primary regulator of fibrinolysis. Its application in research includes in vitro enzymatic assays and in vivo models for studying Alzheimer's disease pathology and other conditions involving impaired fibrinolytic activity.
