3-Isomangostin
3-Isomangostin is a multi-target small molecule exhibiting potent inhibition of human aldose reductase (IC50 3.48 μM) and MTH1 (IC50 52 nM) . It also functions as an acetylcholinesterase inhibitor and free radical scavenger, with demonstrated antiplasmodial and anticancer research applications in vitro.
