Magnolol
Magnolol is a bifunctional agonist of RXRα (EC50=10.4 μM) and PPARγ (EC50=17.7 μM) that also inhibits TNF-α-mediated NF-κB activation. This dual activity makes it a useful research tool for studying metabolic and inflammatory pathways in both cellular and animal models of disease.
