The observed molecular weight corresponds to different antibodies from other sources and was successfully blocked by incubation with the i. Notes: Immunofluorescence: Strong expression of the protein seen in the nuclei of HeLa cells. Recommended concentration: 10μg/ml. Flow Cytometry: Flow cytometric analysis of K562 cells. Recommended concentration: 10ug/ml.
