5-Ethynyluridine
5-Ethynyluridine is a nucleoside analog used to label newly synthesized RNA for capture via click chemistry (RICK) . This method enables the systematic identification of proteins bound to diverse RNA types, including nascent and nonpolyadenylated transcripts, in both in vivo and in vitro experimental systems for transcriptome-wide interaction studies.
