Polygalasaponin F
Polygalasaponin F is a research compound with demonstrated anti-neuroinflammatory properties, inhibiting LPS-induced TNF-α, NO, and iNOS via NF-κB. It protects neuronal PC12 cells from microglial-mediated cytotoxicity in vitro and enhances synaptic plasticity in the rat hippocampus in vivo through NMDAR/CaMKII/ERK/CREB signaling pathways.
