Glutaminase C-IN-1 (Compound 968) is a cell-permeable, allosteric inhibitor of glutaminase C (GAC) . It is widely used in cancer metabolism research to study glutamine dependency in vitro and has been shown to inhibit tumor growth in various xenograft models in vivo.
