CASIN (Pirl1-related Compound 2) is a cell-permeable, selective small-molecule inhibitor of the Rho GTPase Cdc42 with an IC50 of 2 μM. It is widely used in cell biology research to study cytoskeletal dynamics, cell polarity, and migration in both cellular and animal models.
