Yadanzioside F is a quassinoid terpenoid isolated from Brucea javanica seeds. It exhibits lethal toxicity in murine models and demonstrates antitubercular potential by inhibiting the InhA enzyme (enoyl acyl carrier protein reductase) of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in biochemical assays.
