IR415
IR415 is a potent small molecule inhibitor of Hepatitis B virus (HBx) with a 2 nM binding affinity. It blocks HBx-mediated suppression of RNAi by restoring dicer endoribonuclease activity, thereby inhibiting HBV replication. This mechanism supports its utility in both in vitro and in vivo virology and antiviral research.
