Fezolinetant
Fezolinetant (ESN-364) is a selective neurokinin-3 (NK3) receptor antagonist under investigation for the treatment of vasomotor symptoms associated with menopause. Its mechanism of action has been validated in both in vitro binding assays and in vivo preclinical models of thermoregulation.
