ABC99 is a potent and selective irreversible inhibitor of the NOTUM carboxylesterase, a key enzyme that deacylates Wnt proteins. With an IC50 of 13 nM and excellent selectivity over other serine hydrolases, it is a valuable chemical probe for investigating Wnt signaling pathways in both cellular and animal models of development and disease.
