IWR-1 endo
IWR-1-endo is a potent small molecule inhibitor of the Wnt signaling pathway with an EC50 of 0.2 μM, functioning by stabilizing the Axin destruction complex. It is widely used in biochemical and cellular research, including studies of stem cell differentiation and cancer biology, both in vitro and in vivo.
