Lycorine HCl
Lycorine hydrochloride is a small molecule inhibitor of VE-cadherin with an IC50 of 1.2 μM in Hey1B cells and also exhibits anti-HCV activity. This compound is used in vascular biology and virology research, primarily for in vitro studies investigating endothelial barrier function and viral replication mechanisms.
