Luzindole
Luzindole (N-0774) is a selective melatonin receptor antagonist with a preferential affinity for the MT2 subtype (Ki = 10.2 nM) over MT1 (Ki = 158 nM) . It has demonstrated efficacy in research models, showing inhibitory effects in experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE) and exhibiting antidepressant-like activity in preclinical studies.
