Ro 08-2750
Ro 08-2750 is a reversible, non-peptide inhibitor of nerve growth factor (NGF) with an IC50 of ~1 μM, selectively blocking its binding to p75NTR over TrkA. It also inhibits MSI RNA-binding activity (IC50=2.7 μM) . This small molecule is used in vitro to study neurotrophin signaling and oncogenic RNA-binding proteins in cancer and neuroscience research.
