Navuridine
Navuridine (AZdU) is an orally bioavailable nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor (NRTI) for HIV research. It exhibits antiviral activity in vitro but has a short plasma half-life, which has been a focus of pharmacokinetic studies in animal models.
