Capmatinib
Capmatinib (INCB28060) is a selective, orally administered c-MET (HGFR) tyrosine kinase inhibitor. It is widely used in preclinical research, including in vitro cell-based assays and in vivo xenograft models, to investigate targeted therapies for cancers with MET dysregulation, such as non-small cell lung cancer.
