Carboprost
Carboprost is a synthetic oxytocic analog of prostaglandin F2α used to induce uterine contractions and restore tone. It is applied in obstetric research and pharmacological studies, with utility in both in vitro assays of smooth muscle activity and in vivo models of parturition and postpartum hemorrhage.
