Tirofiban
Tirofiban (L700462, MK-383) is a potent and selective antagonist of the platelet GPIIb/IIIa receptor, inhibiting aggregation with an IC50 of 9 nM. It is widely used in cardiovascular research to study thrombosis and has been applied in both in vitro platelet function assays and in vivo models of arterial injury.
