TRPC6-PAM-C20 is a selective positive allosteric modulator of the TRPC6 ion channel. It potentiates OAG-induced platelet aggregation and elevates intracellular calcium in TRPC6-expressing HEK cells with an EC50 of 2.37 μM. This compound is a valuable research tool for studying TRPC6 function in cardiovascular and renal systems in vitro.
