Elvitegravir
Elvitegravir (JTK-303) is an HIV integrase strand transfer inhibitor used in antiviral research. It also acts as an inducer of cytochrome P450 2C9. This small molecule is applied in both in vitro enzymatic assays and in vivo models for studying HIV-1 replication and drug metabolism pathways.
