Ajmaline
Ajmaline (Cardiorythmine) is a class Ia antiarrhythmic agent used diagnostically for Brugada syndrome and therapeutically for acute tachycardias. It functions by inhibiting cardiac potassium channels, including Kv1.5 and Kv4.3, and is employed in both in vitro electrophysiology studies and in vivo cardiovascular research.
