NS309
NS309 is a potent, selective activator of SK (KCa2) and IK (KCa3.1) potassium channels, with significantly greater potency than 1-EBIO. It is widely used in neuroscience and electrophysiology research to study SK channel-mediated afterhyperpolarization and neuronal excitability in both in vitro and in vivo models.
