WHI-P97
WHI-P97 is a potent, rationally designed JAK3 inhibitor (IC50 provided) . It suppresses IgE-mediated leukotriene synthesis in mast cells by blocking 5-lipoxygenase nuclear translocation without direct enzyme inhibition. This mechanism supports its research use in studying allergic inflammation and mast cell biology in vitro.
