Ro5-3335
Ro5-3335 is a small molecule inhibitor of the RUNX1/CBFβ transcription factor complex. It selectively targets leukemia cells harboring CBF fusions, demonstrates efficacy in reducing leukemia burden in mouse models, and also acts as a Tat antagonist to inhibit HIV-1 replication in vitro.
