CaCCinh-A01
CaCCinh-A01 is a potent small molecule inhibitor of calcium-activated chloride channels (CaCCs), notably blocking TMEM16A with an IC50 of 2.1 μM. This tool compound is widely used in vitro to investigate chloride channel physiology and has been applied in vivo to study related pathways in secretory epithelia and smooth muscle.
