GSK-25 is a selective kinase inhibitor with IC50 values of 398 nM for RSK1 and 1000 nM for p70S6K, demonstrating good selectivity over a panel of 31 kinases and minimal cytochrome P450 inhibition (>2.2 μM) . It is a valuable research tool for studying RSK signaling pathways in cancer and metabolic disease models, both in vitro and in vivo.
