Tectochrysin is a bioactive flavonoid with antioxidant properties and the ability to inhibit the ABCG2 transporter, potentially reversing multidrug resistance. Research indicates it induces apoptosis in NSC-LC cells in vitro by suppressing STAT3 phosphorylation and upregulating DR3 and Fas expression.
