KIN1148 is a novel RIG-I pathway agonist that activates IRF-3 to enhance innate antiviral immunity. This small-molecule adjuvant is being investigated to improve vaccine efficacy against avian influenza and flaviviruses like West Nile virus in both in vitro and in vivo research models.
