N6-methyladenosine

N6-Methyladenosine (m6A) is the most abundant internal modification in eukaryotic messenger RNA and can also be found on viral RNA, influencing viral activity. This endogenous nucleoside, derived from tRNA degradation, is a critical small molecule for studying epitranscriptomics in both in vitro and in vivo models to investigate gene expression and host-pathogen interactions.
