Naratriptan hydrochloride
Naratriptan Hydrochloride is a selective serotonin 5-HT1B/1D receptor agonist used as an anti-migraine agent. Its mechanism involves cranial vasoconstriction and inhibition of pro-inflammatory neuropeptide release from trigeminal nerves, which has been validated in both in vitro receptor binding assays and in vivo models of migraine.
