Ozagrel hydrochloride (OKY-046 HCl) is a selective thromboxane A2 synthase inhibitor. It is applied in research to study cerebral vasospasm and ischemia, with both in vitro enzymatic assays and in vivo models of post-operative stroke and related ischemic conditions.
