Almonertinib
Almonertinib (HS-10296) is a selective EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor that potently targets EGFR activation and T790M resistance mutations while sparing wild-type EGFR. It is widely used in preclinical research, demonstrating efficacy in both in vitro assays and in vivo models of non-small cell lung cancer.
