Sarpogrelate hydrochloride
Sarpogrelate hydrochloride is a selective 5-HT2A/2B receptor antagonist used as an antiplatelet agent for peripheral arterial disease (PAD) research. It demonstrates high affinity for 5-HT2A receptors (Ki = 8.39 nM) and has been shown in clinical studies to improve vascular function and blood flow in PAD patients following long-term oral administration.
