Resibufogenin
Resibufogenin is a cytotoxic steroid from ChanSu that inhibits cardiac potassium currents (IK and IA) and is metabolized by CYP3A4. Research applications include studying its neurotoxic effects and its demonstrated in vivo efficacy in ameliorating hypertension and fetal growth restriction in a rat preeclampsia model.
