ZLN 024 hydrochloride
ZLN 024 hydrochloride is an allosteric activator of AMPK. It stimulates truncated, inactive α1 subunits (1-394 and 1-335) but not the shorter α1 (1-312) construct. This small molecule is used in vitro to study AMPK signaling mechanisms in metabolic and aging-related research.
