Bicyclol
Bicyclol (SY801) is a hepatoprotective and antiviral small molecule used in research. It significantly reduces elevated serum ALT and AST levels in chronic hepatitis B and C models and shows inhibitory effects on viral replication. Studies indicate it can enhance the efficacy and reduce side effects of combination therapies with interferon-alpha and nucleoside analogs in both in vivo and in vitro experiments.
