Delpazolid
Delpazolid (LCB01-0371) is a novel cyclic amidrazone oxazolidinone antibiotic demonstrating potent in vitro activity against Gram-positive clinical isolates and superior in vivo efficacy compared to linezolid in murine systemic infection models, exhibiting bacteriostatic action against Staphylococcus aureus.
