Betahistine
Betahistine dihydrochloride is a histamine analog and H1 receptor agonist used as an anti-vertigo agent in Ménière's disease research. Its vasodilatory properties are also studied in models of vascular headaches, though it is contraindicated in asthma and ulcer research. In vitro studies investigate its receptor affinity, while in vivo models assess its efficacy in balance disorders.
