Roblitinib (FGF-401) is a selective FGFR4 inhibitor with antineoplastic potential. It suppresses tumor cell proliferation in FGFR4-overexpressing models and is used in research targeting hepatocellular carcinoma and other solid tumors, both in vitro and in vivo.
