Apigenin-7-glucuronide
Apigenin-7-glucuronide is a bioactive flavonoid metabolite with demonstrated antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and aldose reductase inhibitory properties. It potently inhibits several matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs), particularly MMP-13 (IC50 = 0.27 μM), supporting its research relevance in inflammation, fibrosis, and diabetic complication studies both in vitro and in vivo.
