YS-370 is an orally bioavailable small molecule that inhibits P-glycoprotein (P-gp) and moderately inhibits CYP3A4. It reverses multidrug resistance to agents like paclitaxel and colchicine in vitro and demonstrates enhanced antitumor efficacy in combination with paclitaxel in vivo.
