CFT7455 (Cemsidomide) is a potent, orally bioavailable cereblon E3 ligase binder (Kd = 0.9 nM) that induces the degradation of the transcription factors Ikaros (IKZF1) and Aiolos (IKZF3) . It is a research compound for studying hematological cancers, with demonstrated activity in both cellular assays and in vivo models.
