ML311 is a small molecule that selectively disrupts the Mcl-1/Bim protein-protein interaction. This inhibitor is utilized in cancer research to study apoptosis and has been employed in both in vitro cellular assays and in vivo xenograft models to investigate Mcl-1-dependent tumor survival.
