Sparsentan
Sparsentan (DARA-a) is a first-in-class, orally active small molecule that potently antagonizes both endothelin A (Ki=9.3 nM) and angiotensin II (Ki=0.8 nM) receptors. It is a valuable research tool for investigating fibrotic diseases, including focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (FSGS), in both in vitro and in vivo models.
