Buthionine Sulfoximine
L-Buthionine- (S, R) -sulfoximine (BSO) is a potent, cell-permeable, and irreversible inhibitor of γ-glutamylcysteine synthetase, the rate-limiting enzyme in glutathione (GSH) biosynthesis.
