Radiprodil
Radiprodil (RGH-896) is an orally bioavailable and selective antagonist of the NMDA receptor NR2B subunit. It has been investigated preclinically for its potential to alleviate neuropathic pain, specifically in models of diabetic peripheral neuropathy, through both in vitro binding assays and in vivo behavioral studies.
