SKI II
SKI-II is a potent and selective non-ATP-competitive inhibitor of sphingosine kinase 1 (SphK1) with an IC50 of 0.5 μM, showing no activity against PKCα, PI3K, or ERK2. This tool compound is widely used in vitro and in vivo to investigate the S1P signaling pathway in cancer, inflammation, and angiogenesis research.
