Tazarotene
Tazarotene is a synthetic topical retinoid that upregulates the tumor suppressor TIG3, normalizing aberrant keratinocyte differentiation and proliferation in psoriasis. It is widely used in dermatological research, with applications in both in vitro cell culture studies and in vivo models of hyperproliferative skin disorders.
